We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A 50% fee will be charged to the credit card/gift card on file for appointments changed without the minimum notice.

Gift cards must be presented at time of service. Gift cards can be purchased for any denomination. Gift cards expire 5 years from the purchase date and have no cash value. All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be used towards the purchase of another gift card.

We do accept SpaFinder Gift Cards. We request that you present your gift card/voucher upon arrival. SpaFinder Gift Cards can be used for any service or product we offer. Please note, they cannot be used towards gratuity for service providers. You can check the balance of your SpaFinder Gift Card here.

We do NOT accept Spa Week gift cards.

We offer a variety of on-location services. We can accommodate large groups or small parties. Our Massage Therapists, Makeup Artists, and Hair Stylists are available to travel to you to help make your event perfect.

The fee for on-location services varies. Please call and speak to our Spa Director for specific pricing.

We offer hair services for children of all ages. We also offer select spa services for children when accompanied by an adult. If you are receiving a service, we kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements to ensure all our guests have a relaxing experience.

We perform traditional manicures & pedicures. For a full list of our service offerings please see our Spa Menu tab.

We are unable to apply/remove artificial nails (acrylic, SNS, PolyGel, etc.).

Our stylists are categorized based on their level of experience, demand on time, education, and skill level. Levels are in the salon pricing.

We offer a 3 hour developing solution as well as an 8 hour developing solution. One of our talented staff members will perform the service.

Things to Know Before/After You “Tan”:

• Shower, exfoliate, and shave prior to your service.
• Don’t apply any lotions or oils to your body.
• You’ll undress to your level of comfort during your service.
• Wear dark, loose-fitting clothes to your appointment.
• Plan on staying dry until your tan has fully developed.

Brazilian wax services are available and cost $70. This treatment fully removes hair from the bikini area. Appointments can be booked online for convenience.

Massage services include deep tissue, pregnancy, and couples massages. A 30-minute signature massage starts at $55, while a 55-minute session is $80. Deep tissue and other variations like aromatherapy, CBD, heated stone, and prenatal massages are also available. Couples massages can be done in a private suite for two. Express sessions begin at 20 minutes for $45. Massage choices and prices make it easy to find something that fits your needs and budget.

Hydrafacial treatments aren’t offered here right now. Instead, there are other options like the Indulgence Facial, Dermaplane Facial, and Diamond Tip Microdermabrasion. These services focus on deep cleansing, exfoliation, and boosting skin radiance. Each one is designed to target specific skin concerns, from acne and sun damage to fine lines, using techniques like deep exfoliation and nourishing masks. If you have questions about which facial would be best for you, just ask during your consultation.

Makeup services are available, including lessons, daily makeup, and formal makeup application. A makeup lesson costs $50, a daily makeup application is $40, and formal makeup application with lash enhancements is $85. All services use Jane Iredale cosmetics.

Airbrush tanning isn’t listed among the main services offered. For spa or salon appointments like hair, massage, or facials, it’s best to book at least a few days in advance, especially if you want a specific time or stylist. If you need a spot during busy times or for group events, book earlier to get your preferred time. You can book appointments online through the website.

Facials like dermaplaning and microdermabrasion are available. Dermaplane facials start at $155 or $120 for a 30-minute express version. Diamond Tip Microdermabrasion is $135, with an express option at $100. Each treatment is designed for different skin needs, and you can pick whatever suits your goals and schedule.

You can book haircuts, color services, and smoothing treatments through the hair salon. Prices do vary depending on the experience level of the stylist you choose. Lower-tier stylists have starting prices—like $20 for men’s haircuts and $35 for women’s haircuts—while more experienced stylists may charge more. Treatments like hair color, foils, and the Goldwell Kerasilk smoothing treatment are also available, with pricing clearly listed or given upon consultation, especially for custom services like hair extensions.

There are several spa packages that include lunch, and they range from about 3½ hours up to 6½ hours. For example, the Extravagance package lasts 6½ hours and includes a massage, facial, deluxe manicure and pedicure, hair wash and style, and a freshly prepared spa lunch. The Signature package is 4½ hours and also comes with lunch, combining a signature massage, facial, mani/pedi, and hair styling. There’s a prenatal package that lasts 3½ hours with specialized treatments and lunch too. These packages offer a full spa day experience with food provided so you can relax and enjoy your time without needing to leave.

There is a special children’s spa menu, and services are available for kids as young as two years old. Options include kids’ facials, haircuts, manicures, pedicures, and even makeup lessons. All treatments for kids are designed to be safe and age-appropriate, so younger clients can enjoy the spa experience, too.

Body treatments are available in the wet room, which is designed for services that use water, scrubs, or wraps. Options may include treatments like full body exfoliation, body wraps, or signature scrubs. These services help remove dead skin, boost circulation, and leave your skin feeling soft and refreshed. You can choose from a range of manicure and pedicure services, whether you’re looking for something quick or more luxurious. For manicures, options start at $18 for an Express Manicure, $32 for a Signature Manicure, and $52 for the Deluxe Hot Lava Manicure, which includes extras like hot paraffin wax and warm herbal treatments. Pedicures start at $32 for an Express Pedicure, $48 for a Signature Pedicure, and $62 for the Deluxe Hot Lava Pedicure. You can also add on things like warm paraffin treatments, French polish, or gel polish for an extra fee. Services for kids are available too.
